Vice President
Objective
To shadow the President in providing leadership and responsibility for the organisation and to step into the President’s roles where needed.
Key tasks & responsibilities
- In the absence of the President, chair Committee meetings ensuring that they are run efficiently and effectively.
- Represent the Townsville Toy Library at meetings and forums as agreed with by the committee.
- Be an alternate signatory for the Townsville Toy Library for legal and financial purposes.
- Participate in Committee decision-making and voting.
